Grant Guidelines
  • Equipment or supplies that are acquired via a Grant are not the property of the grantee but of the school through which the grant is made, with the exception of items designated to individual students, such as T-shirts or books.

  • Grant proposals involving technology must be endorsed by the District 16 Central Office in addition to the requestor's building administrator.

  • The time required to consider grant requests may vary depending on a number of issues, including the size of the grant requested; requests under $500 may be reviewed via email, but all others will be considered at the QBEF Board's next scheduled meeting.
